The local region is experiencing prolonged periods without significant rainfall. In the Basic 6 class, Camara is teaching about climate change.
To help mitigate these changes, the students are planting and caring for trees around the school and their homes. At La’Angum Learning Center, trees also will be planted to honor those on the PAMBE Ghana Board of Directors, or their family members, who have passed away in the last few years.
